We use three software products for optimal results, Solidworks for designing, modeling, optimization, testing and debugging. Netfabb for designing and modeling strong, lightweight hollow-core and lattice structures. Whether it is designing a part from the ground up or redesigning an existing part, our designers take full advantage of the benefits of Additive Manufacturing. Our objective is to make every part as efficient as possible for its intended use, such as the flow of air or liquid, heat transfer, rigidity or flexibility, tensile strength and weight versus structural soundness.


We can reverse engineer almost any part using 3D and/or CT scanning to accurately capture data that can be modified with CAD software. Then, with 3D printing we can fabricate a new part with improved design elements. An example is this 1917 Harley Davidson cylinder head which we scanned to create a CAD file and then used Solidworks to eliminate the weak places inherent in the original design.
